Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms apply when a consumer purchases goods from laithathletics.com. Please read them before ordering. They do not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. You can save or print this page; the version that applied to your order is also linked from your order confirmation email.

1. About us

The website is operated by Laith Athletics Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17460276. Our registered office is 215 Dawlish Drive, Ilford, Essex, IG3 9EH. You can contact us at info@laithathletics.com.

2. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and photography. Measurements and sizing information are guides and may be subject to normal manufacturing tolerances. This does not affect your rights if goods are not as described.

3. Placing an order

Our checkout shows the products, prices, delivery options and charges before payment. You are responsible for checking your order and delivery details before submitting it. Pressing "Pay now" places your order and creates an obligation to pay. We will send an order confirmation electronically in a form you can retain.

4. Acceptance and availability

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that unavailable item.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown before payment. If VAT becomes applicable to our pricing, prices presented to consumers will be displayed in accordance with applicable pricing rules. Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment methods displayed at checkout (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available). We do not store full payment-card details on our own systems.

6. Pricing or listing errors

We try to ensure prices and product information are correct. If we discover an obvious error before accepting an order, we may correct it and ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or cancel the affected order and refund any payment. Nothing in this clause allows us to change an agreed price arbitrarily after a binding contract has been formed.

7. Delivery

We will deliver to the address provided at checkout. Delivery services, charges and estimates are shown before payment. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.

8. Cancellation and returns

Your online cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Our commercial process is refund-and-reorder rather than direct exchange. This process does not reduce any statutory remedy that applies to faulty or misdescribed goods.

9. Faulty goods

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may have additional terms, eligibility criteria, dates, stock limits or exclusions. Promotional information will be presented transparently. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes have no cash value, only one code can be used per order, and codes cannot be applied retrospectively. We will not use promotion terms to remove statutory consumer rights.

11. Our responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to goods. For consumers, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is normally the version made available when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available to you under applicable law.
