Launch Promotion Terms: First 100 Orders Free Socks
Version 1 · Last updated 5 October 2026
These promotional terms apply to LAITH's launch offer under which a free pair of LAITH socks is included with eligible orders.
- Promoter: Laith Athletics Limited, company number 17460276.
- Offer: one free pair of promotional LAITH socks with each of the first 100 eligible completed customer orders placed through laithathletics.com while the promotion is running, subject to stock and these terms. An order is "completed" when its payment is confirmed. Where several orders are paid at the same moment, the order in which our system confirms payment decides which are within the first 100.
- Eligibility: every order qualifies; there is no minimum spend. The offer can be combined with discount codes. One free pair per order.
- Territory: United Kingdom.
- No separate purchase of the gift is required beyond the qualifying order. The free gift has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The gift style and size are the promotional LAITH socks available at the time and cannot be selected or exchanged.
- The free socks appear as a £0.00 line on your order confirmation and packing slip. If the first 100 have already been given when your payment is confirmed, your order is still accepted without the gift.
- An order that is cancelled by LAITH before fulfilment does not qualify for the gift, and its place is not reallocated.
- If you exercise a statutory right to cancel the qualifying order in full, the promotional gift supplied as part of that order should also be returned. We will never charge you if it isn't. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- If only part of an order is returned, you keep the gift and nothing is deducted from your refund.
- LAITH may end or amend the promotion where reasonably necessary, but will not retrospectively remove a benefit from an order already validly accepted merely to avoid honouring the promotion.
- Any suspected abuse, fraud or duplicate/artificial orders may be investigated and dealt with reasonably and consistently with consumer law.
