- Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (our database and file storage, hosted in London).
- Resend (sending order and, if you've agreed, marketing emails).

International transfers
Some service providers may process personal information outside the UK (for example in the United States). Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) or rely on an applicable adequacy arrangement.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-handling requirements. Order and accounting records are normally kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to. Marketing consent records are kept while you are subscribed and for a period afterwards to show we respected your choice.
Marketing
We send marketing emails only where you have asked to receive them. Every marketing email has a simple way to unsubscribe, or you can contact info@laithathletics.com. Order and delivery emails are not marketing and are sent whatever your marketing choice.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights:
- to be informed about how your personal information is used;
- to access personal information we hold about you;
- to ask for inaccurate information to be corrected;
- to ask for deletion or restriction in applicable circumstances;
- to receive certain information in a portable format where the right applies;
- to object to certain processing, including an absolute right to object to direct marketing;
- to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, contact info@laithathletics.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, restricted admin access with two-factor authentication, and encrypted backups. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, providers or legal requirements. The current version is published here with its last-updated date.
